Refund Policy

We have no refund policy on all our online resources as well as live courses. When you buy our product, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However it is your responsibility to check that this is the right materials you need for yourself before you make a purchase.

If you experience problems access our online resources due to technical issues from our side we will extend your online access accordingly. However we will not issue refund if you are facing issues with your internet or any other technical issues which are not from our side.

If you have booked the course using the online payment method, you will not be able to get a refund if you change the date of your course or if you are not able to attend for any reason. We will refund for live courses only if we are not able to conduct the course. If you have special needs or you can not attend the course you have booked, please ring the office to see how we can help you. If you have a valid reason e.g you are unwell and you had to be admitted, or you were unable to obtain a traveling visa, e.t.c you may be offered a  refund. If we make a refund it will either be a full refund or a £200 handling fee may be deducted. But any cancellation less than 4 weeks before the course dates will not be refunded.

If you request a refund because you need to travel or you have changed your mind or you have another course to attend or you are not able to arrange child care or unable to get leave from work, you will not receive any refund no matter how early the cancellation of the course is. Because it is your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements and see to it that all necessary steps have been taken to ensure you you will attend the course.

We therefore strongly recommend that you book the course only if you are sure you will be able to attend.

INFORMATION ABOUT COVID-19: Due to COVID-19, we have made changes to our mock dates to meet the current challenges. The new PLAB 2 dates will ensure that you spend as less time as possible in the UK. Most of our mock tests will now start 8-10 days before your exam, unlike before which was 14 days before your exam date. Please visit the PLAB part 2 mock section for more information. GO
